  • SEPA Bank Transfers: For those who prefer traditional payment methods, this secure option is available. SEPA transfers allow for smooth refunds, and at Soulwork, we offer a 1% cashback on the rental amount when using this method.
  • Link: Facilitates quick and easy transactions. Link is powered by Stripe, a certified payment provider meeting the highest PCI Level 1 certification standards.

For added security, we transfer payments to rental partners in many cases only after a successful check-in, depending on the size and age of the company.

  • Reviews and Feedback: We evaluate numerous customer reviews from other platforms and consider them in our selection process.
  • Company Details: Factors such as the company's age, size, and credibility are taken into account.
  • Personal Contact: Before listing properties, we engage in personal discussions with our rental partners to explain our concept and the associated requirements for our customers. Together, we select the most suitable properties from their portfolio.

Many of the properties you find on our platform have been personally inspected to ensure they meet our standards. We also maintain regular contact with our rental partners, allowing us to mediate on your behalf in the rare event of disputes.

To make your first booking decision easier, we have collected reviews of holiday properties from other platforms and summarized them into an average initial rating (1–5 stars). We ensure that these platforms adhere to strict review guidelines, such as only allowing reviews after a verified booking.

Soon, we will complement these reviews with our own personal insights. These are based on on-site visits and focus on factors like suitability for remote work and overall living quality in the accommodation.
