We’re Bri and Alex. Together with our young daughter, we travel the Spanish coastlines to find the most inspiring holiday homes from the top-rated hosts – just for you.

For us, a successful workation means more than a good desk. It needs to feel like home. That’s why we only include places that are actually used by the owners themselves. These homes are functional, yes – but also full of soul, attention to detail, and warmth. No investor-owned properties for quick tourist turnover.

Our network of top-reviewed hosts is our backbone. We know each one personally and decide together which of their properties meet our high standards.

Whenever possible, we personally check each property to ensure full transparency. We share our impressions in detailed accommodation reports.

"Work will work itself out somehow," is what many nomads, families, and teams think when planning their trip to Spain while trying to work remotely. After endless scrolling, they often end up on a big booking platform again – and book what looks like a beautiful holiday home, only to find it lacks real workspaces.

That was us, too – for years. We booked our own workations with fingers crossed. In the end, we learned the hard way: working side-by-side at the kitchen table wasn’t productive or comfortable. Taking calls from the bed quickly became exhausting, especially since the bedroom Wi-Fi was often unreliable.

With almost a decade of experience in successfully renting holiday homes across Europe and hosting countless remote-working guests, we know how essential a cozy home with solid work conditions is for a successful workation.

We live this lifestyle ourselves – and we know how overwhelming it can be to navigate the big platforms. Most filters don’t help, information isn’t verified, and reviews usually come from short-term vacationers.

In our digitally connected world, very few can afford to fully switch off for several days. Freelancers and leaders especially need the peace of mind that comes with knowing they can work a few hours in a quiet spot with stable Wi-Fi, even while traveling.

But many hosts don’t have remote experience themselves – and don’t invest in the infrastructure. In 2025, you shouldn't have to wonder whether your holiday rental has a quiet, ergonomic workspace – or if the Wi-Fi can handle your video calls.
