Description
Lose yourself in the peace that will transmit you the panoramic sea views and the nature of this charming accommodation and different from any other you've ever known. In an intimate built complex of modern Mediterranean style with manicured gardens, infinity pool and solarium, intimate chillout area. And a step away from the bustling atmosphere of the beach of Mojacar, as well as the historic and picturesque village of Mojacar with its layout of white steep and narrow streets of Arabic origin.
Accommodation
It is a large studio in a single space with exclusive toilet and differentiated from the rest of environments. It is accessed from the common outside through the living room area with sofa and coffee table, TV and other decorative elements, from where you have large windows overlooking the sea. Next we find the compact kitchen unit with dining table and chairs, with all the necessary appliances and kitchen utensils. And at the back is the bed, closet and access to the toilet from which you can see the sea while you shower.
Most of the garden areas, the Infiniti pool and its solarium, the chill out area under the pool and the gym area are for shared use. There is also a solarium and outdoor dining area in front of your Suite for exclusive use.
Remote work
The apartment has fast and stable fiber optic WiFi for productive working days and smooth online meetings (measured download speed 144 Mbps).*
For your convenience at work, a free workspace can also be set up in the living room as shown in the picture in the gallery with a desk (approx. 60cm x 120cm) and an ergonomic office chair. This can be added to the optional additional services.
Furthermore, the work and living areas can be heated and air-conditioned using an air conditioning unit, so that you can work in a pleasant environment at any time of the year.

Surroundings
The idea of this stay is to get away from the mundanar noise from a privileged natural environment with privileged views and very close to the bustle and leisure of the beach and town of Mojacar where you will find all kinds of fun, restaurants, beaches, .......
The urbanization of La Paratá is an environment of isolated houses with large Mediterranean gardens, without sidewalks or street lighting at night with the idea of perceiving nature and the night sky in all its splendor. It is on the ascent to Sierra Cabrera with orientation to the rising sun facing the Mediterranean Sea, 5 minutes from the beach.
Given the situation of natural and rugged enclave and although it is just 1000m from the beach, the best way to get around is by car. For lovers of hiking there are plenty of routes to know the place.
