For stays of one week or longer, we also offer up to two additional workspaces, which can be set up in the living area or the bedrooms. These can be equipped as follows:
Workspace (“Description 1,” $70 one-time surcharge, max. 2 available):
- Desk: 120x60 cm folding desk
- Office chair: Ergonomic office chair up to 110 kg
Workspace (“Description 2”, €50 one-time surcharge, max. 2 available):
- Desk: 80x50m folding “laptop” table
- Office chair: Comfortable folding office chair with casters
Please note that a total of only 2 optional workspaces can be booked. You are welcome to let us know where you would like the equipment to be set up in the text field when booking. If the desired equipment is not (completely) available at the time of your trip, we will notify you before confirming your booking. Prices include VAT.
*We kindly ask for your understanding that we cannot accept any guarantees or claims for damages for rare connection failures due to provider problems, environmental or other influences. In such cases, however, we will be there for you personally and will try to find a quick solution in cooperation with the provider.
Surroundings
There is a private car park 70 metres from the house (included in the rental price). It is not allowed to drive on the Santo Cristo road.

- Smoking is not permitted
- Parties or events are not permitted
- Pets on request (extra charge)
- For safety reasons, the house is not suitable for children under 10 years of age
- Minimum stay of 4 nights
