The reservation fee is 40% of the total rental price, the remainder is payable in cash on arrival or by bank transfer 48 hours before arrival.
The accommodations have a final cleaning fee in addition to the rental price, which you will see during the payment process, and an electricity fee is payable per consumption, €0.25 kW at the time of departure.
A security deposit of €500 is payable on arrival and will be refunded at the end of the stay after checking that everything is in order.
