*We ask for your understanding at this point that no guarantees or claims for damages can be accepted for rare disruptions to the connection due to provider problems, environmental or other influences. In such cases, however, the landlord will be there for you personally and will endeavour to find a quick solution in cooperation with the provider.

- Distance to the beach: A few metres, beach in second line. 2 minutes on foot.
- Good transport connections: Train station very close (10 minutes walk), bus stop right outside the door of the house.
Rental conditions and additional costs
Main conditions:
- The reservation fee is 40%of the total rental price, the balance is payable in cash on arrival or by bank transfer 48 hours before arrival.
- In addition to the rental price, a final cleaning fee will be charged for the accommodation, which you will see during the payment process.
- A deposit of €300 is payable on arrival, which will be refunded at the end of the stay after checking that the accommodation has been properly furnished.
Cancellation policy:
- 100% of the reservation will be refunded (minus 3% bank charges) if the cancellation is made no later than 1 month before the rental date.
