Rental conditions and additional costs
Essential conditions:
The reservation fee is 40% of the total rental price, the remainder is payable in cash on arrival or by bank transfer 48 hours before arrival.
In addition to the rental price, a final cleaning fee will be charged for the accommodation, which you will see during the payment process.
A deposit of €300 is payable on arrival, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay after checking that the accommodation is in good condition.
Cancellation policy:
100% of the reservation will be refunded (minus 3% bank charges) if the cancellation is made at least 1 month before the rental date.
