Accommodation
Is a chic and comfortable house in the centre of Vejer. It has been recently renovated by interior designer Ellie Cormie, who has skilfully combined natural elements such as leather, wood, plaid and exclusive accessories to create a sophisticated second home. Furnished with unique pieces such as Chesterfield sofas, subtle ambient lighting, original artwork from Cadiz and Morocco and tastefully framed prints, this home is a jewel of interior design and unique in Vejer.
The main entrance is on a pedestrianised street and leads to a spacious entrance hall with Juliette balcony.
Steps lead up to the spacious and cosy living-dining room, decorated with intense colours, oak floors and art deco lighting. It consists of a sumptuous velvet sofa, leather armchairs and an oak dining room, whose high ceilings with wooden beams give it additional spaciousness. The integrated, bespoke kitchen includes all modern appliances as well as a Belfast sink, Duritti tiles and a marble worktop. The dining table seats 6 people. There is a separate toilet on this floor.
A marble staircase leads to the first floor living room with Italian stone floor, art deco sofa and 2 walnut and bouclé armchairs. French linen curtains adorn the windows overlooking the main street and there is an elegant bar cabinet and mirror in the corner.
The master bedroom (180cm bed) is furnished with an elegant handmade headboard and a leather armchair. Draped curtains separate the dressing room, where there are customised built-in wardrobes. The bathroom is spacious and has a 1.7 metre long shower, a double washbasin, a vanity unit and a separate toilet. Both bathrooms in the house are fitted with Italian tiles and bronze fittings. Natural light is guaranteed thanks to the large floor-to-ceiling mirror and the two floor-to-ceiling windows, which provide a bright space.
The second double bedroom (bed - 150cm) is tucked away on the ground floor and can be accessed via the main entrance hall or a separate entrance from the street, making this home ideal for 2 couples or a family of 4 with older children.
The room is decorated in neutral tones, which ensures tranquillity. It has a separate sink and en-suite bathroom.
Narrow stairs with wide steps lead from the master suite to the roof terrace with views, the ideal place to relax after a day in the sun on one of the Costa de Luz beaches. Here you will find an outdoor dining area, a summer kitchen (with ice machine, drinks fridge, dishwasher and glasses), a laundry room (with WC, washing machine, tumble dryer, sink) and a charcoal barbecue. There is also a Moroccan relaxation area with a view of the church and comfortable seating. The terrace is south-east facing, so it is sunny and offers a view of the church, the castle and the city walls.
