In such cases, however, the landlord will be there for you personally and will try to find a quick solution in co-operation with the provider.

Rental conditions and additional costs
Main conditions:
- The reservation fee is 40% of the total rental price, the remainder is payable in cash on arrival or by bank transfer 48 hours before arrival.
- The accommodations have a final cleaning fee in addition to the rental price, which you will see during the payment process, and an electricity fee is payable per consumption, €0.25 kW at the time of departure.
- A security deposit of €500 is payable on arrival and will be refunded at the end of the stay after checking that everything is in order.

Cancellation policy:
100% of the reservation will be refunded (minus 3% bank charges) if the cancellation is made at least 1 month before the rental date.
