If the desired equipment is not (completely) available at the time of your journey, we will inform you of this before confirming your booking.
*We ask for your understanding at this point that no guarantees or claims for damages can be accepted for rare disruptions to the connection due to provider problems, environmental or other influences. In such cases, however, the landlord will be there for you personally and will try to find a quick solution in co-operation with the provider.
