The reservation amount is 40% of the total rental price, the rest must be paid on arrival in cash or 48 hours before arrival by bank transfer.
In addition to the rental price, there is a final cleaning charge for the accommodation, which is reflected in the payment process.
On arrival you will be required to pay a deposit of €300, which will be refunded on departure after checking that all details are correct.
Cancellation policy:
100% of the reservation amount will be refunded (less 3% bank charges) if the cancellation is made no more than 1 month before the rental date.
