Rental conditions & additional costs
The reservation fee is 40% of the total rental price, the rest to be paid in cash on arrival or transfer 48 hours before arrival.
The accommodations, in addition to the rental price, have a final cleaning fee, which you will see reflected in the payment process.
At the time of arrival you must leave a deposit of 300 € which will be returned at the end of your stay after checking that everything is correct.
Cancellation policy
100% of the reservation amount will be refunded (minus 3% bank charges) if the cancellation is made at least 1 month before the rental date.
