The house is 250 m² in size, very bright and offers impressive views of the Port of Sóller from its large terraces, all bedrooms and common rooms. It has two large living rooms that offer the residents of the house independence. It consists of three floors: upper floor, main floor and ground floor.
Upper floor
Three of the bedrooms are located on the upper floor:
Brown, Aquamarine and Blue, which are surrounded by a spacious bathroom with a double sink and shower.
The Azul and Aguamarina bedrooms share a large terrace with incredible views of the Bay of Sóller and comfortable garden furniture.
Main floor
On the main floor, there is an entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living-dining room with an open fireplace, a guest toilet and the BURDEOS bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.
The large terrace surrounding the house has garden furniture, sun loungers, a large parasol, an outdoor shower and a gas barbecue.
Ground floor
On this floor, you will find the mahogany bedroom with a beautiful mahogany bed, a bathroom with a shower and a large chill-out area. This room is very pleasant and particularly bright in summer when the large door is open (there are large sofas and even a piano). The washing machine and dryer room is also located on this floor, where there is an additional refrigerator for the living room on the ground floor.
Workspace
The house has large rooms where everyone can be together, but also corners and rooms where you can relax, read, meditate... the seclusion we all need to recover from our daily routine.
The terraces undoubtedly offer one of the best views of the Bay of Sóller and the most impressive sunsets.
Surrounding area
Port de Sóller is one of the most charming coves in Mallorca, connected to the city by the charismatic tram and to Palma by the emblematic wooden railway. With its unique views and privileged location, it is the ideal house to enjoy the sea and the charming coves and villages nearby, such as Deiá, Valldemossa, Sa Calobra or Cala Tuent, with family or friends. It is also a dream location for hiking in the Tramuntana mountains, a World Heritage Site.

Rental conditions & additional costs
In principle, the house is rented on a weekly basis. From Saturday to Saturday, with check-in from 4 p.m. and check-out at 10 a.m.
The traveler who cancels at least 60 days before check-in will be refunded 100% of the amount paid. If canceled after this deadline, the traveler will not be refunded.
