Casa Los Balbos is a spacious apartment with rooms decorated with great taste, comfort and modernity. With large windows overlooking the city's most central streets.

It is located in a typical building. The accommodation was completely renovated in 2023, recovering details of old constructions such as stone or wooden beams on the ceilings.

Spacious apartment with two bedrooms, kitchen and two full bathrooms in the bedrooms, with capacity for 2, 4 or 5 people.

Very bright with large windows that allow natural light to enter. Specially sized, high-end beds, as well as the sofa bed in the living room, which is open to the dining room and kitchen with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Double window, centralized air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

Services and common areas

The apartment is in an authentic Cadiz house where neighbors live, so we ask that you respect the rules of coexistence, such as not playing music or the TV too loudly during quiet hours, and keeping the building doors closed when entering and leaving.

SMOKING OR VAPING IS NOT PERMITTED INSIDE THE APARTMENT OR IN THE COMMON AREAS OF THE BUILDING.

RESPECT THE PEACE AND QUIET OF THE NEIGHBORS.
