You have at your disposal a roof terrace that is shared with the rest of the neighbors of the building where you can dry your clothes in the space adapted for it, you can ask our agent to indicate it to you if you are interested.

The apartment is located in one of the most exclusive residential buildings in the city.
Building level 1 in heritage protection rehabilitated in 2021. For this reason it is strictly forbidden to leave clothes hanging on balconies or in common areas other than those intended for it.

We will be happy to help you in any way we can. If we had to move for reasons beyond the property would have a cost of 30 €.

*We ask for your understanding at this point that no warranties or claims for damages can be accepted for infrequent connection interruptions due to supplier problems, environmental or other influences. In such cases, however, we will personally attend to you and endeavor to find a quick solution in cooperation with the provider.
