Description

Beautiful, newly renovated penthouse with 2 bedrooms including built-in wardrobes, 1 bathroom, living room with open, fully equipped new kitchen. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.80 x 2 meters), the second bedroom with a pull-out bed including slatted frame (1.60 x 2 meters). The living room opens onto a spacious balcony with a view of the park and the large swimming pool of the complex. The balcony is equipped with an awning and pergola. Air conditioning (hot/cold) in the living area and master bedroom. The living room also has an electric fireplace for the cooler months.

The apartment also has a private roof terrace with a pergola and sunbathing area. From here you have a distant view of the sea.

Workation

The vacation apartment has a super-fast and stable fiber optic connection, which enables smooth online meetings and productive workdays.

We are happy to set up a workspace with an ergonomic office chair and a folding desk (120x60 cm) free of charge if a double bed is not required in the second bedroom. If you would like a height-adjustable desk (140x80 cm) and a widescreen monitor, we offer these for a small additional charge. You will find these in the optional extras when booking.

Rental conditions & additional costs

  • Free parking is available directly in front of the house.
  • You can check in at any time using a key safe.
  • The price for final cleaning includes bed linen and towels (hand towel plus bath towel) for 2 people. For the 3rd and 4th person, a one-time fee of €15 per person per stay will be charged.
  • We are happy to provide our guests with a complete beach equipment set as an option. This consists of an adjustable beach chair, a parasol with sand anchors, and one beach towel per person. We also provide a cooler box. This can be booked for an additional $20 per person per stay.
