We are happy to set up the following workspaces free of charge for bookings of one week or more:
- In one of the bedrooms with an ergonomic office chair and a folding desk (120x60 cm)
- In the living room as a folding laptop table with a comfortable chair in front of it
A height-adjustable desk (140x80 cm) and a widescreen monitor are available at an additional cost. You will find this in the optional extras when booking.
*Please note that we cannot accept any guarantees or claims for damages for provider problems or other causes that may in rare cases lead to disruptions in the internet connection. In these rare cases, however, we will personally work with the provider and the property management on site to find a solution as quickly as possible.
Terrace & air conditioning
The entire terrace can be shaded with a large, flexibly adjustable pergola. The apartment has central air conditioning for cooling and heating.

- Beach equipment (portable, adjustable beach chair, parasol, large beach towel): $20 per person (optional)
- Workspace: A desk and desk chair can be set up in the living room on request – perfect for working with a sea view.
