Accommodation

Villa situated on the sea front, with private swimming pool and barbecue, only 7 kms from the first sandy beaches.
A place where you can enjoy peace and tranquility, far from mass tourism.
Capacity for 8 people (maximum 6 adults).
Surrounded by a natural garden of pine trees and native plants of Mallorca, located on the southern cliffs, overlooking the Bay of Palma.
From the pool you can enjoy spectacular views and wonderful sunsets. It is a pleasure to have the privilege of working with these spectacular views that bring concentration, calm and serenity. In addition to lunch or dinner with colleagues or family. 
Sunsets can be appreciated from April to September.
Air conditioning throughout the house, 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms.
Only 1 km from the house there is an access for swimming and sunbathing, clean and crystal clear water, accessed by wooden stairs.
Golf course at 4 kms. Ideal for cyclists, as it is located in a cycle tourist area.

Workation

In addition to a good internet connection* and air conditioning for the perfect room temperature, this vacation home offers up to 4 workspaces with spectacular sea views: 

  • 1st in the office on the upper floor with a large desk made of high-quality wood in a classic look and an ergonomic office chair (included) and optionally with a monitor (27 inch) incl. keyboard and mouse (€ 50) for an additional charge. The room offers plenty of peace and quiet, direct access to the balcony and a wonderful, wide view for concentration and inspiration.

  • 2nd in the living room on the first floor, separated by a glass wall with a beautiful view over the pool to the sea. Here you will find a wooden desk with two drawers and a comfortable chair (included). If required, an ergonomic office chair (50 €) and a monitor (27 inch) incl. keyboard & mouse can also be provided here for an additional charge (50 €).

  • 3rd fold-out desk in the 2nd bedroom on the upper floor with a comfortable chair (included).

The quiet location and the beautiful view of the sea and the surrounding trees provide the perfect base for inspiration and productivity.

  • 4th for longer stays of one month or more or after consultation for an additional charge, another optional workspace with a desk (120x60cm, foldable, 50 €) and a comfortable chair (included) or ergonomic office chair (50 €) can be set up in the 3rd bedroom upstairs or in the living room next to the sofa.

    You can select the equipment when booking. We will check availability and let you know immediately when we confirm your booking. 

    *We ask for your understanding at this point that no guarantees or claims for damages can be made for rare disruptions to the connection due to provider problems, environmental or other influences. In such cases, however, we are there for you personally and will try to find a quick solution in cooperation with the provider.

    Surroundings

    The house is located in a cozy residential area, only 200 meters away you will find, supermarket, bakeries, good restaurants, 5 cafes, stationery, 2 banks, stores, dentist, pharmacy, church ... Here there is also an enclosed playground, where parents can have a coffee while the children can play and enjoy.

    20-25 minutes from Palma and 5 kms from Maioris, 7 kms from Cala Blava beach and water park. 10 kms from the Arenal ( 10 minutes by car )

    The beach of Es Trenc and Sa Rápita at 20 minutes by car.
