Accommodation
Close to Pollensa turn from the main road to new streets leading to the elegant Residential Zone called S'Ubac. The Villa has marvellous, extended views over the valley to the seaside and has all the best that modern living can provide. An electric gate opens to the well kept garden with lots of flowers, plants and trees. The large covered terraces with outdoor dining, BBQ and cosy sitting area offer unforgettable panorama views. The modern pool is surrounded by lawns and some orange and lemon trees.
Entering the Villa and passing the pleasant spacious hall you enter the living-dining room, stylishly designed with panoramic windows. The contemporary kitchen is completely equipped with everything you need. There is a double bedroom en suite on the groundfloor. On the first floor you find three twin/double bedrooms en suite each one with a very nice private terrace. This Villa is really a family home in a holiday location, that caters for every day modern living.
Workation
The vacation home has a stable and fast WiFi connection.*
Two optional workspaces can be set up for you on request:
- In the master bedroom on the upper floor with a quiet location and a beautiful view of the greenery for productive and concentrated work.
- In one of the other bedrooms, also in a quiet location.
Depending on your requirements, we offer various equipment options, which you can select under extras when booking. When booking, please also let us know which equipment you would like us to set up in which room.

Please note that a maximum of two workspaces can be provided as standard. Additional equipment can be provided on request, depending on the length of the booking and possibly at an extra charge. Please contact us about this in advance.

The availability of the desired equipment will be checked by us before booking and also confirmed with the booking confirmation.
Indoor climate: The rooms in all workspaces are equipped with air conditioning and radiators to ensure a perfect indoor climate at all times of the year.
*In the rare event of a fault, we try to find a quick solution personally with the provider. We also provide mobile routers in the event of longer disruptions. However, we cannot accept any guarantees or damages.

- Heated swimmingpool: Yes (on request-extra charge). Not available for July and August.
- Cleaning: Daily cleaning and towel change (except on sundays). Bedsheets change 1x per week.
