Description

Accommodation

This apartment is situated in the front row, next to the beach on the 4th floor with lift. Restaurants and supermarkets are just a few metres away, the sail and surfcenter is situated approx. 100 metres away, a tennis court is approx. 600 metres away.

Workation

The penthouse has a fast and stable Wifi connection* On request, up to two workspaces can be set up for you for an additional charge: 

Workspace in the living room with plenty of space, direct balcony access and a fantastic view of the glittering sea and Puerto Pollença (see gallery). (Due to the elevated position of the apartment, the noise from the promenade is low and can be reduced to a minimum by closing the patio doors if necessary).
Quiet workspace in the rear bedroom with a beautiful view over the rooftops of the city and the mountains in the hinterland (see gallery).

If you select two different workspaces or just one, please write briefly when booking in which room which workspace should be placed for you. The availability of the desired equipment will be checked by us before booking and also confirmed with the booking confirmation.

The workspaces can be perfectly tempered at any time of the year by air conditioning units with heating function.

*We ask for your understanding at this point that no guarantees or claims for damages can be accepted for rare disruptions to the connection due to provider problems, environmental or other influences. In such cases, however, we are there for you personally and will try to find a quick solution in cooperation with the provider. We also have a mobile router which can be made available if required. 

Surroundings

The golf course from Pollença can be reached at about 7 km. Ideally for everyone who wants to enjoy the marvelous views to the sea and the Puerto Pollença bay, also the comfortable, nearby restaurants, bars, cafés and shops. This modern furnished Penthouse offers a wonderful view to the bay with the yachting harbour and the mountains of Puerto Pollença.
