This beautiful family house is located just 5 minutes walk from the center of Santanyi. The house has 4 double bedrooms with high quality furniture and 4 fantastic bathrooms. The kitchen and the living room are very spacious, ideal for vacations with family and friends. The children will find plenty of toys and corners to play outside. The covered terrace is furnished to enjoy meals in the fresh air. For barbecue fans there is a gas barbecue and a charcoal barbecue. The garden has a salt hydrolysis pool of approximately 10x4m with integrated Jacuzzi area. There is also a table tennis table and a basketball hoop.
Workation
A total of two workspaces can be provided in this property in a quiet location in separate rooms for concentrated work. The house also has a stable internet connection with a repeater to extend the range.
A professional workspace in a separate room with a window near the kitchen. This is included in the rental price and includes a professional desk (120x60cm), an ergonomic chair, a flexo lamp, a printer and office supplies.
Optionally, a second workspace can be set up in a quiet location in the master bedroom with a view outside.
This includes the following equipment and can be reserved at the time of booking for an extra charge of €50 per booking in the optional extras section:
- Desk: 1.20 x 0.6 m folding table
- Office chair: Ergonomic office chair up to 110 kg (IKEA, Millberget)
The rooms in the two workspaces are equipped with air conditioning and radiators to ensure a perfect indoor climate at all times of the year.
Surroundings
In Santanyí, the village where the house is located, you can visit a very popular weekly market on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Santanyí also has many shops, restaurants, bars with live music, exhibitions and much more. Worth a visit is the coastal village of Cala Figuera, with its picturesque harbour, or the Santuari de Sant Salvador in Felanitx, perched on top of a 509m mountain with fantastic panoramic views of the island.
The Parc Natural Mondragó is nearby, as are the beaches of Cala Mondragó and S'Amarador.
