Unique penthouse, newly renovated with great detail and designed for the most demanding tastes. In the heart of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, it has a huge terrace overlooking the Anaga Massif, where you can be amazed by the sunset and the thousands of lights that illuminate the capital and the foothills of the mountain. One of the few penthouses in the city in which, due to its height and orientation, other buildings are barely noticeable, achieving both privacy and ideal location.

Living-dining room
Upon arrival, we enter a very spacious living room-kitchen, with huge windows overlooking the city skyline and, in the distance, the mountains of the Anaga Massif. The living room is equipped with a 55-inch smart TV where guests can use the Movistar platform to watch standard channels or connect any of the streaming platforms they have in their own homes.
From the living room, there is access to a first balcony where to take the first appetizer, sitting on high stools while the rest of our companions bustle inside preparing the food.
The dining room is a large ceramic bar integrated into the architecture of the accommodation.
Kitchen
The kitchen is open, diaphanous and elegant, and is fully equipped. It has an oven, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob, extractor fan and washing machine. Guests are also offered to use a capsule coffee machine and Italian coffee maker, a kettle, toaster, etc.
Bedrooms
It has two bedrooms, with double beds. The main bedroom, with a 155 cm bed and a cozy reading corner. The secondary bedroom, with a 135 cm bed and another small reading area right next to the direct access to the penthouse terrace.
Terrace
Finally, the huge attic terrace is the jewel of the accommodation. Equipped with a table for four people where to have breakfast, lunch or dinner, it is west facing so it receives sunlight most of the day until sunset.
It is one of the few penthouse terraces in the city where there are practically no buildings in front of it to obstruct the views of the city skyline and the mountains of the Anaga Massif. At night, the pergola is illuminated with dozens of light bulbs that create a cozy atmosphere and the mountainside is filled with small points of light that create a magical and ideal atmosphere to end the day.
Bathroom
The bathroom has two sinks, shower, bidet and toilet.
Workation
All the windows of the house have double acoustic glazing to isolate it from the noises of the city center.
Other noteworthy aspects
THE BUILDING DOES NOT HAVE AN ELEVATOR AND THE ACCOMMODATION IS ON FLOOR 5, but we can assure you that the effort is worth it!
The air conditioners are equipped with a motion detector that switches them off when there are no inhabitants in the accommodation for a long time. In any case, it is important to turn them off when not in use.
