- The booking fee is 40% of the total rental price, the rest is payable in cash on arrival or by bank transfer 48 hours before arrival.
- The accommodation has a final cleaning charge in addition to the rental price, which is included in the payment process.
- An electricity consumption charge of 0.25 EUR/kWh is payable on departure.
- A deposit of EUR 500 is payable on arrival and will be refunded on departure after all details have been checked for correctness.
- 100% of the booking (minus 3% bank charges) will be refunded if cancellation is made no later than 1 month before the rental date.
