Cerros Del Águila is a clean, beautiful, peaceful and quiet urbanisation with good services. The community has a swimming pool, a tennis court and an excellent restaurant just a few metres from the villa.
From the terrace, a breathtaking landscape opens up. On clear days you can see the entire Mijas Valley as far as the Mediterranean Sea, the Sierra de Mijas and the Sierra Nevada mountains.
The four bedrooms sleep eight people and the large bedroom on the ground floor can easily accommodate extra beds for the little ones.
The Danish-built villa is a mixture of Nordic and Andalusian style and has a good layout. The spacious living room adjoins the large kitchen and forms a comfortable area where you can relax, cook and eat with a large group.
The house is furnished with high-quality Danish furniture, wardrobes and lighting. The bedrooms upstairs have excellent beds, two double beds and a trundle bed. The downstairs bedroom has two motorised beds. The well-equipped kitchen has all the amenities, an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, large fridge, espresso machine, microwave and plenty of space. From the kitchen there is also access to the backyard with barbecue.
The relaxation area on the ground floor leads to the garage and hot tub. There is also a private barbecue in the basement. Parking is possible in the garage or on the street with ample space.

The reservation fee is 40% of the total rental price, the remainder must be paid in cash on arrival or by bank transfer 48 hours before arrival.
In addition to the rental price, the accommodation is subject to a final cleaning charge, which is shown in the payment process. There is also an electricity charge of 0.25 kW per consumption at check-out.
A deposit of €500 is payable on arrival and will be refunded on departure once all details have been verified.
Cancellation policy
100% of the reservation amount will be refunded (minus 3% bank charges) if the cancellation is made no later than 1 month before the rental date.
