Accommodation

A beautiful street-level flat less than fifteen minutes' walk from the emblematic City of Arts and Sciences. This wonderful accommodation is perfect for a family or a small group of friends, as it has a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed for two people. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer and a complete bathroom with shower.

Remote Working

The apartment has a fast and stable internet connection.*

A  laptop table with an ergonomic office chair and plenty of daylight can be set up between the sofa (which will be moved slightly for this purpose) and the large window (see gallery) for an additional charge, allowing you to work in a concentrated manner. The ergonomic office chair can also be booked separately for the dining table. The desired equipment for the workplace can be added to the optional additional costs when booking.

Thanks to the installed air conditioning, the workspace can also be kept at the perfect temperature all year round, so that you can work in a pleasant room climate even on warm days.

*We ask for your understanding at this point that no guarantees or claims for damages can be accepted for rare disruptions to the connection due to provider problems, environmental or other influences. In such cases, however, we are there for you personally and will try to find a quick solution in cooperation with the provider.

Surroundings

Thanks to its spectacular location, you can reach both the city centre and the beach in less than fifteen minutes by car. It is undoubtedly an excellent choice for your stay in Valencia. We are waiting for you!

Rental conditions and additional costs
