Accommodation
Cosy flat in the heart of the old town, just a few steps away from the iconic Quart towers. The flat has a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub. The flat is ideal for a family or a small group of friends.
The space is designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. It has a bedroom with a double bed of 150x190cm and a sofa bed in the dining room which, when converted into a bed, is 140x200cm. You don't need to travel with bed linen and towels, as we leave the flat equipped for you with clean and ironed white hotel bed linen and towels to make your rest and showers as comfortable as possible.
In the kitchen you will find everything you need for your breakfast: a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, a juicer, pans, casserole dishes, glasses, etc. .... If you notice that something is missing, we would be happy if you let us know, because we want to improve the space day by day.
Remote Work
The apartment has a fast and stable internet connection.
In the bedroom, in front of the large window (see gallery), a quiet workspace with plenty of space and natural light, where you can concentrate on your work, can be set up for you for an additional charge. The desired equipment for the workspace can be added to the optional additional costs when booking.
Thanks to the installed air conditioning, the workspace can also be kept at the perfect temperature all year round, so that you can work in a pleasant room climate even on warm days.

The Barrio del Carmen is located in the historic centre of the city of Valencia. A neighbourhood that has grown between walls and is now one of the leisure and cultural centres of the city of Valencia. Its gastronomic and cultural offer as well as its bars and restaurants make this neighbourhood one of the most charming.
The Carmen neighbourhood in Valencia is a place where you can get lost, stroll through the streets and always discover something new. You can eat tapas here or enjoy the international cuisine, as it is one of the most culturally diverse neighbourhoods. You can also go partying, there are clubs of all styles.
The best way to get around is on foot. The flat is very well located and you can explore the most important neighbourhoods of the city on foot: the Central Market, La Lonja, the Miguelete, the Plaza de la Virgen, the Plaza del Ayuntamiento, the Mercado de Colón..... Another very fashionable option is to rent a bike, right next to the flat, and cycle the same route and even to the City of Arts, the beach, etc.... Valencia is equipped with many cycle paths and is a convenient city for such transport, it is a flat city.

A few days before your arrival you must contact the agency to inform them of your arrival time (flight/ship number if applicable) and to arrange key collection.
