Accommodation
The flat is very bright as it is front-facing and has a terrace at the back where you can enjoy the good Valencian weather. The flat has a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe and an open space where the kitchen and living area are located with a 140 cm wide sofa bed that can sleep two more people. It also has a bathroom with shower.
The building does not have a lift, but the flat is on the first floor. Two balconies on the main façade. Very quiet neighbourhood. You will be able to enjoy the whole flat as it is rented as a whole. Furnished with great taste and style, you will enjoy your stay in Valencia. We are at your disposal for any matter you may need during your stay.

The kitchen table (can be equipped with an ergonomic office chair on request) and the table on the terrace offer comfortable options for working remotely. Optionally, for productive & concentrated work in the bedroom in front of the window, an additional quiet workspace with plenty of natural light (see gallery) can be set up, which can be equipped with an ergonomic office chair and a monitor (27 inch) including mouse and keyboard for an additional charge. All equipment can be added to the optional extras when booking.
Thanks to the installed air conditioning, the work area can also be kept at the perfect temperature all year round, so that you can work in a pleasant room climate even on warm days, for example.

Surroundings
We would like to highlight the privileged location in the best street of Ruzafa in the centre of Valencia, in a family residential building in the trendy area of the city, but away from the hustle and bustle. Ideal for visiting the city without the need for a private vehicle. Train and metro station are only 5 minutes away. Nearby there are all kinds of leisure activities, the largest gastronomic offer in Valencia, supermarkets, the municipal market of Ruzafa with the best products from the Valencian orchard, bicycle rental, public transport and a health centre.
Nearby there is both the train and metro, bus stops, Valenbisi, etc... although it is so centrally located that you are only a stone's throw from the city centre to get to know the city.
