In this flat you will feel at home and even better for everything it offers, for the style and decoration of the flat and its fantastic location in a high-class neighbourhood next to the centre of Valencia and the Ruzafa district. Just a stone's throw from the flat is also the Antiguo Cauce del Río Turia, the green lung of the city, along which you can stroll and walk until you reach the City of Arts and Sciences.
The house has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom and a fantastic dressing room, the second with two single beds and a built-in wardrobe. From both rooms you have access to a sunny terrace, where there is also a small room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The house also has another bathroom with a stylish bathtub.
In the day area of the house you will find an open space where the kitchen office is located, which is equipped with everything you need to cook during your trip: dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, juicer, etc..
In the living area there are three different rooms, carefully decorated and lit: a work area with a nice desk, a relaxation area with a sofa for three people and two single armchairs, a large TV, internet, etc. and a dining area. This room also has two balconies overlooking Calle Maestro Gozalbo. You won't want your trip to end and you will undoubtedly want to stay and live here.
Remote Work
This apartment comes with a fast & stable internet connection.
An elegant, spacious wooden desk is available in the living room for productive and concentrated work. This can optionally be supplemented with an ergonomic office chair and a monitor (27 inch) including keyboard and mouse (see gallery) for an additional charge. An additional workspace with a 60 cm wide folding laptop table can also be set up for you in one of the bedrooms.

Thanks to the installed air conditioning, the work area can also be kept at the perfect temperature all year round, so that you can work in a pleasant room climate even on warm days, for example.

Additional information
